'Homelessness is increasing all around the world. People can choose to recognise this on a daily basis. The reality is, many do not. These individuals' well-being is simply a reflection of their community's awareness, compassion, equity, inclusivity and priority. These people are part of our community and we need to choose to see them. My drawing is inspired by a photograph of Terrance Darrell taken by Alia Hamza. He was a homeless resident of Bermuda and sadly died in 2016.'
