'You, me, we - we're all humans and every single one of us deserves the opportunity for a better future.
Homelessness has always been a public health emergency. 650 homeless Bermudians were identified in 2022, compared to 138 in 2016. Inspired by the blue bird box at Waterville, I believe that everyone deserves an address and affordable place to live. Housing is a basic and fundamental human right.'
