'The idyllic isles of Bermuda sit isolated and alone in a great expanse of water. Her isolation has always been her major defence from outside influences. But globalisation has changed all that. The question is whether Bermuda can remain unique or be gobbled up by her US neighbour. I have used the image of the invasive species, the lion fish now in Bermuda waters, to convey the message.'
