Marshall’s exhibition, What Labyrinth? I Live Here!, which opened January 10, 2025, showcases a collection of his watercolours and ink paintings. In this body of work, Marshall creates psychological spaces in which he investigates themes of identity and belonging. He draws inspiration from his memory and experience, as well as art history, looking closely at the works of the Baroque and Neo-Expressionism of the late 20th Century.
What Labyrinth? I Live Here! was on view from January 10 – February 4, 2025. The Artist Talk took place on Thursday, January 23, 2025 in the Rick Faries Gallery.
